Person-Centered.
Full-Spectrum.
Radically Different Doula Services.
available locally during travel around the US
and virtually around the world
As your doula I want to support and nourish you, so that you can:
- Practice radical self-awareness.
- Ask for what you need.
- Set boundaries.
Who here doesn’t need a little more of all of that in their life?! That’s why I am passionate about being your doula for more than just birth. While the first few years of my practice were saturated with birth attendance and time on call, and still much of my work is in pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, full-spectrum support also extend to people who are accessing abortion, and experiencing loss. I am also excited to bring the doula model of care to my queer and trans community members who are coming out, or transitioning socially and/or medically. If it’s connected to big life and relationship changes, bodily autonomy, and/or Reproductive Justice – you name it, I’m here for it.
My approach? A combination of education, advocacy, embodied practice, self-exploration, friendship, laughter, and trust. Meaningful relationship building is at the core of the work I do with all of my clients, regardless of the transition they are experiencing.
Some of what I provide is practical – I will make it easier for you to sift through all of the information and misinformation that is out there, to navigate conversations with your care provider(s) and/or family and community, and to meet the responsibilities of your day-to- day. Much of what I do is more subtle – I work with you to edge deeper into self-awareness in order to build self-trust, even when outside voices are insisting they know what is best for/true for you. And most of what I do… well, most of what I do is radical.

What does "Full-Spectrum" mean?
Full-Spectrum Support Packages can be provided for:
- Pre-conception
- Pregnancy & Loss (including abortion and miscarriage)
- Pregnancy & Birth & Postpartum
- Reproductive Experience Processing (birth processing, as well as processing for any reproductive loss or transitional experience)
- Coming Out
- Gender Transition (social, medical, and/or post-op)
All of the packages I offer are tailored to the needs of the individual or family I am serving. You might find that many of the systems you access in order to support yourself give you limited options, or provide the same exact structure for every single person. I get that you are your own person, and I want to meet you where you are and really listen to what you need. You deserve so more more than the standard (lack of) continuity of care - you deserve someone you trust and build a meaningful supportive relationship with, who is there for you each step of the way.
No matter the context in which we work together, you will have access to me to answer all of your questions, and hear you out on everything you are thinking and feeling. For many of the experiences I support, you will receive exclusive and extensive specifically curated educational materials. For many of the experiences I support you can expect me to do research on your behalf. For all of the experiences I support, you can expect that we will work to expand your support network in specific and strategic ways. I want to help make your life easier. I want you to feel more ease.
The commitment, cost, and length of packages depend on the type of support provided. Please contact me to set up a consult so that we can discuss what is possible for you!
Private Childbirth Education
and Labor Skills Practice
If you have specific questions about your childbirth options, preferences or goals, then private childbirth education may be the right choice for you.
Perhaps you are interested in learning practical tools to support your physical and emotional comfort throughout labor. You might be wondering about common medical interventions and technologies, or what questions you should ask your care provider. Or, maybe you are curious about your rights during labor. It is possible you have experienced birth before, and are still left with questions as you process your prior experiences, and plan for your next.
Sessions are designed based on your needs. You will provide me with a brief list of your goals for our time together, and I will tailor your session and your take-away educational materials to you. Everything I teach is both evidence-based, and drawn from my experience as a doula. You can expect a mix of movement practice and discussion during your session.
More on Full-Spectrum Services,
Access & Sustainability
Because I am enthusiastic about bringing doula care into new spheres, and because I deeply believe in centering the needs of the individuals I serve in the work that I do, all of my full-spectrum services are tailored to the needs of my clients. If you are seeking support through conception, loss, abortion, coming out, transitioning - or anything else - and you feel that I might be the right person to hold space for you, please contact me to discuss details. I am able to provide most of my services remotely to those who live outside of my local area.
All packages include a built-in contribution to the Love Over Fear Community Fund, which supports BIPOC and queer birth workers, and allows me to provide full-spectrum doula services and resources to families and individuals at low-to-no cost.
If you are interested in accessing services through the Love Over Fear Community Fund, please let me know directly.
